Although this town seems to be just an extension of Ocean Beach, Corneille has some beautiful homes, a huge baseball field, and a ton of people.
A few years ago, when the storms caused a lot of havoc and destruction of beach front property in Ocean Bay Park, several inhabitants had to move to Corneille Estates to enjoy the ocean-views they loved so well. And Corneille became the "hot single spot". Now, with OBP being rebuilt, several renters have moved back, and there is once again prosperity in both towns.
